This website is operated by ANTEKA KITCHENS FZ-LLC, a free zone company licensed by the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone Authority (RAKEZ), United Arab Emirates.

This notice covers the ANTEKA website only; it does not cover the ANTEKA mobile app.
03Information you give us
The website has no accounts, forms or newsletter, and it does not ask you for personal information.
When you contact ANTEKA by phone, WhatsApp or Instagram from this website, you leave the website. Your message is handled by that service under its own terms and privacy policy, and ANTEKA receives what you send, such as your name, phone number and details of your space.
04Cookies
The website sets one cookie, ANTEKA_LOCALE, which remembers your language (Arabic or English) for one year. It is not used for advertising or tracking.
The website uses no analytics or advertising cookies.
05Technical information
Our website is hosted by Vercel, which may process technical information, including IP addresses and request logs, to provide and secure its hosting services. Retention is governed by applicable service arrangements and policies. The service providers named in this notice may process information outside the United Arab Emirates.
Fonts and page files are served from the website itself; pages do not load trackers or scripts from third parties. We currently do not use website analytics or third-party error-monitoring services; we will update this notice if that changes.
06How ANTEKA uses information
ANTEKA uses the information you send to reply to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to design, manufacture and install your project. ANTEKA does not sell personal information. When you contact us through WhatsApp, your communications are also subject to WhatsApp's privacy practices. We retain enquiry and project-related information only for documented business purposes and applicable legal retention requirements.
07Your rights
Where applicable, ANTEKA KITCHENS FZ-LLC processes personal data in accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 concerning the Protection of Personal Data and other applicable data protection requirements. You can ask to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us on +971 56 667 0480 or at antekakitchens@gmail.com.
