ANTEKA App Privacy Policy

01Who we are

The ANTEKA app (Android and iOS, ae.anteka.pricing) is operated by ANTEKA KITCHENS FZ-LLC, Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone (RAKEZ), United Arab Emirates. Contact: ⁦antekakitchens@gmail.com⁩ · ⁦+971 56 667 0480⁩.

This policy covers the app only. The website has its own policy at anteka.ae/privacy.

02What the app collects

• Account: your email address. You sign in with a one-time code sent to it.
• Contact details: your first and second name and your mobile number.
• Your project: kitchen, wardrobe, laundry and storage measurements, choices and layouts; the area or emirate of the project; and any plans you upload.
• Quotations, contracts and orders created in the app, and the payments recorded against them.
• Payment proof: a screenshot of a bank transfer that you choose to attach. The app never asks for card or bank-account numbers, and no payment is made inside the app.
• Identity, for a contract only: your Emirates ID number and a photo of its front, when you request a contract.
• Support: the messages and pictures you send to ANTEKA Support.
• Business accounts: company details and trade licence, if you register as a contractor or company.

The app uses the camera only when you photograph your Emirates ID. It uses your photos only when you choose a picture to attach.

The app does not collect your location, contacts, calendar, advertising ID or browsing history. It contains no advertising, no analytics or tracking tools, and no crash-reporting service.

03Why we use it

• To price your project and prepare your quotation, contract and orders.
• To record payments and confirm a contract.
• To answer you in Support and contact you about your project.
• To keep your account secure, for example the sign-in codes and one active session at a time.
• To keep the business and legal records we are required to keep.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

04Who can see it

• ANTEKA staff, according to their role, to serve your project.
• Our technical providers:
  • Supabase stores our database, files and sign-in on servers in the Mumbai (India) region.
  • An email service delivers the sign-in codes.
  • Google and Apple distribute the app.
• Anyone you choose: when you share a quotation or contract (for example on WhatsApp), you send it yourself from your device.

05Security

All traffic between the app and our servers is encrypted (HTTPS). Each customer can reach only their own records, and staff access is limited by role.

06How long we keep it

• We keep your information while your account is active.
• When your account is deleted, your sign-in account and your access are removed (see the account-deletion page).
• We keep records that we must keep for business and legal reasons, such as quotations, contracts, payments and the conversations attached to them.

07Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information. Write to ⁦antekakitchens@gmail.com⁩.

You can also delete your account from inside the app (Settings → Delete Account). To change a confirmed name or number, use the identity change request in the app.

This policy follows the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.

08Children

The app is meant for adults, 18 and over.

09Changes

If this policy changes, we will update it on this page and change the effective date.
